Dazu schick uns bitte ein Email an [email protected] und wir schicken dir das Rückgabe-Formular und die Adresse für die Rücksendung.
Die Ware muss im Originalzustand und unbenutzt sein. Sobald die Ware von uns kontrolliert wurde, erstatten wir dir den Betrag innerhalb von 4-5 Werktagen. Die Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet.
Der Käufer trägt die Kosten für den Rückversand. Wir tragen keine Verantwortung für Ware, die auf dem Versandweg verloren geht und empfehlen dementsprechend versichteren Versand.
